We believe passionately about what we do, but we care about the environment and want to do all that we can to ensure that all of our produce is cultivated, farmed or fished in accordance with strict environmental and quality guidelines, using only products from sustainable sources around the world and supporting UK farming by buying local meat, poultry and eggs.

We support a fair trade culture and are committed, to re-cycling our waste wherever possible and practical.
